  did my shopping over the net. ever think ok until get a email saying order cancelled. phone care line was on the phone for 40 mins pasted around. say some think was wrong with my card never had any problems before with it. taken the money off card. but taking 7 to 10 working days to put back. will never be going back to ann summers AGEN. not even a sorry!!!!
