Ordered mattress delivery not as advised and then wrong mattress delivered. Took me lots phone calls to get correct item sorted and wrong item collected. Ideas left to me to chase return of item wrongly delivered. Not a great experience for my first purchase from furniture village not sure I will be returming

Great sales people, Wayne dealt with us with the purchase of new sofas. He was very informative and answered any queries we had. Will definitely buy from them again. This is my second purchase due to the top quality materials and aftercare with Guardsman. Very happy camper
