  A very warm delightful welcome awaited my partner and I when we walked into Woolfe , having tried on many rings that day I'd not found anything that made my heart skip a beat .Being in our mature years we really wanted something to show everyone that we were engaged but without a traditional ring. What I wasn't prepared for was the ring of my dreams to be sitting in the window just waiting to be tried on. Judi (sales manager) saw as looking and came outside with a lovely radiant smile asking if she could help. Within minutes I had the ring on my finger and it took my breath away !!❤️ It certainly had the WOW factor I was looking for and felt like it was made for me as such a perfect fit. John (Managing Director and designer) explained the story behind his design and that it was bespoke, We found him to be a very pleasant and knowledgeable man with a very nice manner. There was no pressure to buy and It was a fabulous experience ,I would highly recommend this gorgeous shop.
